Refund Policy

We’re all about happy nails and happy customers! If something’s not quite right with your order, don’t worry — we’ve got you. Here's the scoop:

14-Day Returns

Changed your mind? No problem! You can return eligible, unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be return-ready:

  • Nails must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • You’ll need your order number or proof of purchase.

  • Return shipping is on you (unless it was our mistake — then we’ll cover it).

  • A $0.69 refund processing fee applies to all approved refunds.

To get started, just email us at nailsbysageg@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

 

Sizing Matters!

We want your nails to fit just right, so please double-check your nail sizes before placing your order! We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing, as those items are considered final sale.

Custom Orders Policy

We want you to love your custom nails! While custom and personalized sets are usually final sale, we do make an exception:

If you’re unhappy with the look or finish of your custom set (not the design you chose), we’ll accept a return for a refund or exchange. Just let us know within 14 days of delivery, and include photos for review.

Custom orders cannot be returned due to design regret or incorrect sizing.

 

Exchanges & Refunds

If something went wrong with your order, we’ve got you! Once we receive your return and inspect it, you can choose:

  • An exchange for the correct product, or

  • A refund (minus the $0.69 refund fee) to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.

 

Replacement Nails

Lost a nail or had a little mishap? Don’t worry — replacement nails are available and priced between $5–$20, depending on the style and complexity. Email us with your original order number and what you need replaced, and we’ll take care of the rest.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your nails arrive damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund — whichever you prefer!
